After an explosion rocks the home base of the insurgent gang, The Red Eagles, not everyone from the Valley is making it back alive. Adrian, Richard, and their friends’ involvement with the troublesome gang leads to their arrest in Paxtown, where Richard once again must ask his ex-flame Tomie Katana – now the mayor – for help.
